Spa Administration
Qualifications:
- Experience in a busy reception environment
- Candidates will be systems focused, computer literate
- Keen desire to exceed both service and sales targets
- Spa industry or retail store experience an advantage
- Accurate Data Entry
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Exceptional guest and telephone service skills
- Experience with computer booking systems
- Experience in a Spa related environment preferred
- Commitment to excellence

Qualifications:
- Qualified in remedial or deep tissue massage
- Must have CPR and first Aid
- Specialised qualifications preferred

- Effective results in homecare recommendations
