Day Spa Facilities

Aurora's facilities are world class. As a spa guest you will have complimentary use of our lounge, change rooms, lockers, towels, filtered water and herbal tea blends and for some treatments you'll have complimentary use of spa pajamas/robes and slippers.

 

Day Spa Location

Set in an urban space 5 kilometres from the city, Aurora’s day spa facilities are easily accessible by foot, car or public transport. Our entry is via The Prince hotel reception at 2 Acland Street, St Kilda or from level 2 of The Prince hotel car park.

Parking

Safe and secure parking facilities are conveniently located on the corner of Acland Street and Jackson Street with direct entry to Aurora Spa Retreat on level 2. Low flexible rates from half hour to all day apply.

 

Reservations

A 25% deposit or gift voucher number is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations.

 

Suggested attire

Choose comfortable clothing. Day Spa attire will be provided for all water therapies and treatments that may require you to use our change facilities. Underwear is required for all treatments and swimwear for body wraps and water therapies.

 

Arrival time

For you to enjoy the full value of your spa treatments and experience the therapeutic benefits of the Aurora Tea Ceremony, we ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes before commencement of
your treatment.

To add to your Aurora experience, lunch, light snacks and organic fruit juices are available.

 

Products

We select a variety of high-quality products that achieve outstanding results. The botanical aromas, berries, fruits, ochres, seaweed and pure plant extracts combine with our unique treatment techniques.

Arriving late

Plan your "time-out" carefully, as all treatments conclude at the scheduled time.

 

Cancellation policy

When you schedule or cancel an appointment we require 24 hours notice otherwise a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. Confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgement of this cancellation policy.

 

Day Spa Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers for individual treatments and retreats can be purchased as treatment of choice vouchers or a set amount you want to spend. All Gift Vouchers and Spa Packages are available for purchase and delivery on-line or call (03) 9536 1130.

 

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift Vouchers expires 12 months from the date of issue and are not redeemable for cash. The full value of the voucher can be partially redeemed over the validity period but must be fully redeemed before expiry. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the voucher expires. Where the cost of the treatment/s and/or purchases exceeds the available voucher balance, the voucher holder will be required to make up the difference with an alternative form of payment. This voucher should be treated like cash. Aurora Spa Retreat disclaims any responsibility for lost or stolen cards. All Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

Group bookings can be scheduled any time of the week and can be developed to meet your specific needs.

We offer an extensive range of corporate or executive wellness packages individually designed to address the specific needs of today's business people.
